Our apartments range in size from 700 for a 1 bedroom, a 900 for a 2 bedroom, and 1000 for a 2 bedroom delux.  

Yes, we offer short-term leases for our apartments, depending on the situation. Contact us for more information.

Yes, parking is available for our residents. We open parking options.

Yes, we love our 4 feet tenants. We have a pet deposit and a pet rent depending on the animal. 

The rent is a certain amount. For a 1 bedroom, there is a $35 fee for trash/water. And for a 2 bedroom, there is a $40 fee for trash/water.
